CEME, a rapidly evolving national mid-sized company

The CEME Group  at the crossroads of the energy and building sectors. It is specialized in electrical, climatic engineering and maintenance  of energy efficiency. It is a nationwide mid-sized company (ETI) comprised of 25 companies spread throughout the territory. Its Communication Department defines and pilots internal and external strategies, including marketing and events, to support this diverse ecosystem.

The challenge of uniting a plural ecosystem

Before adopting Jint, CEME faced a major challenge: emerging a strong "Group" identity capable of bringing together all the companies in its ecosystem, whether historic or resulting from recent external growth. There was no internal communication channel other than email, which limited the ability to engage and unite employees. The company had a critical need to make daily work documents available, particularly HR materials, and to offer visibility into Group life. The goal was to create a common tool to connect heterogeneous populations, from office personnel to construction site teams.

"The feedback is positive, employees find information easily and no longer need to go through a large number of different contacts to provide it to them. Another notable evolution in the flow of information was the number of suggestions for developments that were sent to us via the idea box."

Choosing Jint

CEME selected Jint for the quality of its support and the fluidity of the implementation. The company was seeking a solution capable of offering customization thanks to responsive sales teams and attentive contacts. The Ambassadors program was also a strong point; the tool allowed them to meet the expectations of office staff while offering educational support to accompany new usage habits for less digitized field teams.
