Sofinther Centralizes Communication for 350 Employees.
To overcome internal silos and scattered communication, Sofinther implemented Jint’s intranet solution, streamlining access to information across its 36 branches.
Sofinther is a leading French company specializing in the sale of medium- and high-power boiler room equipment. With 350 employees and 36 regional branches across France, the company is headquartered in Nantes. It operates as a multi-site organization and strives to unify its teams and centralize communication for greater efficiency and consistency across its locations.
The Challenge – Before Jint
Before Jint, Sofinther faced major internal communication issues. Each agency operated in its own silo, and communication was inconsistent, often relying on outdated email exchanges and personal document archives. The lack of a centralized, easy-to-use platform hindered information sharing and created disparities in access to essential documents and updates. SharePoint alone was deemed too complex and unintuitive for company-wide adoption.
Why Sofinther Chose Jint?
Jint stood out for its simplicity, visual design, and powerful features that built on SharePoint without its complexity. The intranet solution enabled clear, one-way (non-commentable) communication, helping unify dispersed teams and ensuring up-to-date information was easily accessible. New joiners even had dedicated onboarding pages. Internally built and led by the digital project manager, the platform is now the default browser homepage across the company, maximizing adoption.
"Our goal was to improve communication within our widely dispersed team. Jint enabled us to create a centralized and user-friendly intranet that keeps everyone informed and connected".
