To improve access to internal information, Fovéa deployed a Jint intranet. It now facilitates communications and knowledge management across their network.
Fovéa is a group of associated veterinary clinics and dedicated support services. As a multi-site organization with a mix of office and frontline workers, Fovéa's mission is to support clinic teams efficiently, especially in managing procedures and internal communications.
The Challenge – Fragmented Communication
Before Jint, Fovéa had to deal with low adoption of internal communication channels. Teams, reluctant to check their emails, frequently contacted the support service with repetitive requests, mainly for the delivery of procedures and business documents. Information did not circulate properly, and the existing tools failed to generate engagement. News updates were rarely read, procedures were often requested again, and the use of channels such as Teams remained marginal. As a result, the support team was overwhelmed with low-value tasks, limiting its ability to focus on strategic missions.
Why Fovéa Chose Jint
The intranet made it possible to segment access by user groups (support, associates, veterinarians, ASVs), delivering personalized content and key updates. Regular updates of procedures and internal information now ensure that the right information reaches the right users, even if some of them still require additional training.
