Founded in 2021, Noud is a real estate services and solutions company. It helps property owners, investors and retailers grow their assets while creating mixed-use spaces with strong territorial and societal impact. With 1,300 employees across Europe and Africa, Noud is committed to urban regeneration and the 15-minute city concept, bringing daily essentials closer to where people live and work.
The Challenge: Fragmented intranets, scattered information.
Before Jint, each country had its own SharePoint, leading to inconsistent access to information. An internal audit revealed the need for a unified, multilingual and accessible space to centralize content and better engage employees in a growing, international context. While SharePoint was already in place, native features were insufficient. Nhood needed a fully integrated add-in solution, customizable and scalable, while preserving local autonomy.
Why Nhood chose Jint
Jint was selected following an RFP, thanks to its seamless integration with Microsoft 365, strong add-in architecture, and rich feature set. It enabled each country to preserve existing SharePoint assets while evolving toward a more unified experience. Partnering with premium Microsoft integrator Aïko ensured structured guidance, agile support, and alignment with Noud’s sustainability values.
“Nhooders Place is no longer just an intranet, it’s a daily reflex. Everyone knows what it is, and more and more colleagues are asking to create their own team pages. Starting from a small contributor group, we now have over 70. That’s a true sign of adoption.”
