A Unifying Intranet Tailored for All MFR's Professions
MFR redesigned its intranet with Jint to unite its educational network, simplify everyday collaboration between all employees and tailored to all professions.
A Nationwide Training Network Rooted in Communities
The MFR movement (Maisons Familiales Rurales) is a national nonprofit education network created in 1937. With 420 training centers and 2,500 employees, it trains 100,000 people per year in 17 sectors. The network includes 480 entities (associations, federations, companies) spread across France, serving diverse audiences from youth to adults, with both office and frontline teams.
An Outdated Intranet, Misaligned with Company's Needs
Before Jint, MFR's intranet was hard to maintain, technically dependent, and failed to meet user needs. Its search engine was weak, design unappealing, and it didn’t support collaboration. Updating even simple pages required contacting two service providers. The mission was clear: build a user-friendly, beautiful, and adaptive intranet that fits all profiles, from kitchen staff to legal advisors, while streamlining Microsoft 365 usage.
Why MFR Chose Jint?
Already using Microsoft 365 for its 10,000+ email accounts, MFR wanted to unify its IT tools and boost collaboration. Jint enriched SharePoint with intuitive, secure, and visually engaging features. Even with a small internal team, MFR deployed a tailor-made, scalable intranet fully integrated with Teams, OneDrive, and Viva Engage, empowering every department and role.
"This new intranet is a real success. It’s welcoming, accessible, and constantly evolving. People actually enjoy using it. The best proof? I don’t get any complaints anymore. We’ve built something that speaks to all jobs."
