The City of Le Havre and the Le Havre Seine Metropole urban community did not rebuild an intranet. They rebuilt the whole environment: online productivity tools, Teams, OneDrive, departmental workspaces and a single intranet shared by both authorities, brought together under one name, ENT 365. All of it delivered by an in-house team, with no systems integrator.
